You will receive access to your company email, Microsoft 365 applications, the intranet, and any systems relevant to your role. Additional access can be requested through the helpdesk with manager approval.

Use the temporary credentials provided by IT in your welcome email. You will be prompted to set a new password on first login. Follow the password policy guidelines displayed on screen.

Contact the helpdesk via email at sifuna.wafula@theblackbox.co.ke, call 0757081189, or raise a ticket through the helpdesk portal at [URL]. Your IT buddy or line manager can also assist with basic questions.
