Visit the self-service portal at [URL] and click "Forgot Password". Enter your company email and follow the instructions. If you are locked out, contact the helpdesk directly.
After several failed login attempts your account may be locked. Wait 15 minutes and try again, or contact the helpdesk to have it unlocked immediately.

Select the guest network SSID from your Wi-Fi list. The password is posted at the reception desk or can be requested from the helpdesk. Note that guest Wi-Fi does not provide access to internal company systems.

Immediately change your password and contact the helpdesk. Do not use the account until IT has investigated. Inform your manager as well. The security team will assess the situation.
Mobile Devices
Report it to the helpdesk immediately. IT can remotely wipe company data from the device. Also report it to the police and inform your manager. Do not wait — act as soon as the device is confirmed missing.

New Employee Onboarding
Your manager should have submitted an IT onboarding request before your start date. On your first day, collect your equipment from IT or your designated point of contact. Contact the helpdesk if anything is missing.
You will receive access to your company email, Microsoft 365 applications, the intranet, and any systems relevant to your role. Additional access can be requested through the helpdesk with manager approval.
Use the temporary credentials provided by IT in your welcome email. You will be prompted to set a new password on first login. Follow the password policy guidelines displayed on screen.
